    If you would like to contact one of our company's agents we have the sector's longest opening hours, we are at your disposal Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. and Saturdays from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.

    The Ombudsman will resolve conflicts that could come up between the insured and Línea Directa, avoiding delays and/or lawsuits and guaranteeing the insured objectivity in his decision, because the Ombudsman is completely independent from Línea Directa.

    Furthermore, Línea Directa will attend to the agreement of the Ombudsman as long as the demanded capital doesn't exceed 60.101,21€.
