What is the daily pet care advice service?
Línea Directa offers you a telephone information service for any queries or questions you may have about your pet on a day-to-day basis. This cover is included in the legal defence and damages claims coverage and is included in both the Essential Pet Insurance and the Comprehensive Pet Insurance.
What does the daily pet care advice service cover?
Telephone legal advice
This telephone and/or online advice service covers those consultations of a legal nature referring to the insured pet, such as those detailed below:
- Microchipping and registration obligations.
- Legal obligations when travelling with pets.
- Divorces and pet ownership.
- Adoption of animals.
- Sale and purchase of animals.
- Animals in rented accommodation.
- Animals in the resident’s association.
- Theft and loss of pets, actions and reporting.
- Other queries.
In-person assistance by a solicitor
In the event of the arrest of the owner of the insured pet, or of the person responsible for it, the Insurer will provide you with a solicitor in person. See insured sum limits in the general conditions of the policy.
