Para utilizar las consultas incluidas, solo tendrás que acudir a uno de los centros del cuadro veterinario colaborador e identificarte como cliente de Línea Directa. En el caso de las urgencias presenciales 24/7, será necesario realizar antes una consulta veterinaria telefónica y recibir autorización para acudir al centro médico.
