Full roadside assistance
We will take care of providing full roadside assistance, from kilometre 0, as long as these circumstances exist:
- If your motorcycle cannot be repaired immediately, Línea Directa will cover the towing costs as far as the garage of your choice or your home, provided the breakdown occurs in Spain, France, Portugal, Andorra or Gibraltar.
- If your motorcycle suffers a breakdown, we send you the necessary spare parts for an on-the-spot repair.
- If the breakdown is more serious and the repair takes more than a day, we offer you the solution you prefer: staying in a hotel for a maximum of four nights or transfer to your usual home or to the destination you had intended, provided that expenses in the latter case do not exceed the cost of returning to your home.
- If you lose your motorcycle keys, outside Spanish territory and more than 25 km away from your usual home, Línea Directa will arrange to send you a duplicate set as fast as possible so you can start out on your trip.
And as we want to help you at any time of day, Línea Directa also offers you the night-time assistance service. A service designed for cases where, if you feel unable to drive at night, then you don’t have to worry about anything because Línea Directa will take care of transporting you and your motorcycle home.
Urban travel roadside assistance
Do you need a more basic assistance service due to the type of use you give your motorcycle? Then go for the urban travel roadside assistance type, which includes:
- On-the-spot repair: if your motorcycle suffers a breakdown at a distance equal to or less than 20 kilometres from your home, we will do everything possible to repair it on the spot so you can continue on your way.
If it is not possible to repair it on the spot, we will take care of towing the motorcycle to the garage of your choice at a maximum distance of 10 kilometres away or the one nearest to where the breakdown or accident occurred.
